"After seeing the DJ service my girlfriend had at her wedding, I was really concerned how the DJ we had picked would do at ours. The guy my friend hired from another service had problems with his equipment, and caused a lot of disruptions. I didn't want that to happen to me, and I had already booked ACE for my reception. I contacted them with my concerns. Dave explained that he would have extra gear with him in case of any emergency, but thankfully that didn't happen.
